Mara Varn seeks help in Stonewash after every practical attempt to repair her family’s forge has failed. Coals die despite careful tending, iron cools too quickly, and her younger sister claims to have seen little figures moving among the sparks. The trail leads through Redstone’s deserted workshops into the passages below.

Failing Flames is a standalone 2-3 session Dragonbane adventure for 3-5 adventurers, where observation, empathy and exploration shape the fate of a settlement nearing its end.
